CUSTOMS WAREHOUSE:
PROCEDURES TO BE CARRIED OUT WITH THE GOODS WHEN THEY ARE PLACED IN THE CUSTOMS WAREHOUSE:

preparation of goods for sale and shipping (transportation), sorting and grading, repacking, applying various types of markings, as well as operations to improve the presentation;

labeling of goods with a single sign of circulation and other information;

storage of goods placed under the export procedure (storage period does not exceed 6 months);

sampling and samples of goods;

other operations provided for by the customs legislation.

Particular attention at the terminals is paid to ensuring the safety of cargo and the high quality of services provided in compliance with increased security measures:

round-the-clock video surveillance;

physically protected area;

insurance of civil legal liability of the owner of temporary storage warehouse, customs warehouse.

All partner warehouses of GES use a modern management system, which allows partners to track all processes and work in real time, in a personal account on the GES website.

FOREIGN CONSOLIDATION WAREHOUSES

GLOBAL E-TRADE SOLUTIONS has foreign consolidation warehouses in the cities of Riga, Hamburg and Istanbul.

Our employees work in foreign warehouses, who accompany the partner's cargo from arrival to shipment to the recipient. In the warehouse, goods can be stored, partially exported, counted, applied with the necessary stickers and markings, packaged and prepared for further transportation.

In warehouses, if necessary, it is possible to provide services for the storage of goods that require compliance with a special temperature regime.

It is also possible to rent a refrigerated container space, which is connected to the power grid.

When handling cargo in foreign partner warehouses at GES we:

accept and close the accompanying documentation for the cargo;

perform final quality control of the work performed (sending a report to the customer in the agreed forms);

we report in detail during unloading (recalculations and weighing, photographing, formation of a video act of acceptance / loading of cargo at the request of the customer);

draw up transport and export documents for the cargo;

we carry out individual orders for stickers at the request of the customer;

uninterrupted security system with video surveillance and access control.

accept, print on professional printers, and store marking codes sent by the customer;

we write off and formalize the faulty goods (sending a report to the customer, including in the forms established by the customer);

we control the quality of goods upon receipt (positional finding of defects and other operations at the request of the customer, sending a report);

attach digital marking codes or/and stickers to the goods;

we replace pallets at the request of the customer;

we complete groupage cargoes;

we provide the necessary storage system: rack and floor.

Before February 1, 2023, it is planned to launch the consolidation warehouses of GLOBAL E-TRADE SOLUTIONS in the cities of Rotterdam (Netherlands) and Shanghai (China).
